6/27 Sunday night update
So, today was a pretty good one for Sam. His grandparents all came by to see him and it was great. Plus, he received a wonderful gift that put a huge smile on his face - an X-Box. An X-Box had been on the top of his Christmas list for the past 2 yrs and now he finally has one.
On the down side, last night we learned something we didn't know about Sam, which was an allergy to a new medicine (one for nausia). He had a terribly itchy, tough to breath 6 hours before it finally wore off. Guess we now have an answer to the question they always ask about if he's alergic to anything.
As he goes to sleep tonight, his back pain is under control but his stomach ache isn't. That will be his 1st question for the doc tomorrow morning.
We think he may be moving back to Mary Freebed tomorrow so that sounds good too.

Mike and Kristi O'Meara here, writing to just let you know we're praying for you and your family. We think the Wassink family is really cool. You guys know how to have fun, you know God, and you all love each other so much. Whatever happens with your back won't change any of that.

Hey Sam, this is Paul. That's awesome that you got an X-box. If I ever go over to your house or you come to mine, we can do a "system-link," that's when you play against eachother on two different T.V.s and two different X-boxs.(I could bring mine over or whatever)
